For all new students registering with Leven Medical Practice that are looking to see one of our clinicians:
- Please ensure that you have submitted the registration form online first. If you have any difficulties with this, please come into the Tollcross Health Centre and staff can give you a paper copy to complete.
- Once this has been complete, you can then submit an eConsult form from the website – use the “Contact your Doctor Online” tab. Please use the most accurate or appropriate form when using eConsult.
- If your registration hasn’t been completed by the time you submit your eConsult, staff can use the eConsult to find your registration form and add both for use by the appropriate clinician.
- If you have an emergency or believe that your request requires emergency triage, please contact our reception team to highlight this and for further advice.
There may be a delay in your registration being added due to the high volume of registrations over the next few weeks. Thank you for your patience.
