Repeat prescriptions and other requests

Please put your request in writing by using the right hand side of your most recent prescription, by emailing our inbox, completing an order form at reception or have your chemist make the request on your behalf.

We do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone as mistakes can easily be made.

If you want your prescription posted to you, please send us a supply of stamped addressed envelopes. You can deliver your request in person, by post, or email:

Please note: this is a no reply mailbox – if you have an administration query please submit this through eConsult or in writing. The prescription email inbox is for prescription requests ONLY, unless otherwise stated by a staff member. Requests or queries made that do not pertain to prescription requests may not be actioned or seen by clinicians. Please use the eConsult service for other queries or call reception for further advice.

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to complete your prescription request. Acute, hospital and other requests may take up to 5 working days to complete. Please check with your nominated pharmacy to see if your prescription is ready to collect or contact us via phone or eConsult should there be any issues.
