Welcome to Leven Medical Practice
Building work continues in and around the Tollcross Medical Center. Services that we are able to offer may be affected. Access to both the building and the parking lot will be affected and may be limited at times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while these essential works are undertaken. If you have any queries, please ask to speak with the building porters.
Please note that there are internal scaffolding in and around the Practice. Please be aware when you enter the building via the side entrance.
We will be closed on Monday 15th June for the upcoming Scottish Bank Holiday in regard to the Scottish National Team playing at the Fifa World Cup 2026. We will resume normal opening hours on Tuesday 16th June.
If you have a medical concern which you wish to discuss with a doctor, please click on the ‘Contact your Doctors Online’ form below. This service is open Monday – Friday 08:00 until 16:00.
If you have issues using our ‘Contact your Doctors Online’ service, please contact reception on 0131-536-9700 where a member of the team can take you through our eConsult lite service.
If you have a medical concern outside office hours, please contact NHS24 on 111.

The prescription email inbox is for prescription requests ONLY, unless otherwise stated by a staff member. Requests or queries made that do not pertain to prescription requests may not be actioned or seen by clinicians. Please use the eConsult service for all other inquiries or call reception for further advice.
Please detail your name, date of birth, medication required along with the pharmacy you want the prescription delivered to.
Allow 3 working days between request and collection from your preferred pharmacy. Acute, hospital and other requests may take up to 5 working days between request and collection from your preferred pharmacy.
