The Spring edition of the ‘Connect Here Directory of Community Resources’ is now available on the Edinburgh Health and Social Care website.
The Directory aims to support people with long term conditions. It gives you access to contact details for 1,400 services, projects, apps, videos, audios, and pod casts.
