If there are any issues with registering, please contact our reception team on 0131 536 9700 or come into reception. We may be able to offer you a paper registration form to complete.
Please note we may ask for proof of ID or address if there are any issues with your registration.
We do not exclude patients from the Practice list on grounds of race, sexuality, religion, social class, age, disability or medical condition.
