Tollcross Health Centre

Rights and responsibilities

All patients will be treated fairly on the basis of need and not discriminated against due to age, sex, race, religion, disability or sexual orientation. Courtesy and respect will be shown at all times and patients are expected to notify the Receptionist if unable to attend their appointment. It is most unlikely that patients will be seen if they are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. The Practice operates a zero tolerance policy towards any patient who displays violent, threatening or inappropriate behaviour. Such patients will be removed form our register with immediate effect.

We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. It is your responsibility to keep your appointments, inform us of your past illnesses, medication, hospital admissions and any other relevant details.
